Arizona Complete Health introduces ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) services starting on October 1, 2025!
Arizona Complete Health-Long Term Care Member Services
Our Member Services team is staffed by people who speak English and Spanish. Member Services also uses a telephone interpreter service for members who speak a language that is not available within the department.
You can call Member Services at 1-833-236-7979, TTY/TDD: 711. If you speak another language other than English or Spanish, call Member Services and we will help get an interpreter to help with the phone call. Member Services can connect you with other departments at Arizona Complete Health-Long Term Care.
Arizona Complete Health-Long Term Care is your partner and advocate
Medical Management, Integrated Care Management, and Care Coordination are benefits we offer to ALTCS members at no cost to you. Our goal is to help you be healthy through education and your own healthcare planning. Our nurses, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators will help you and/or a family member:
- Get the care you need
- Understand any medicine you’re taking
- Help you get names and numbers for community resources
- Work with you and your PCP and/or Behavioral Health Home to get any other services you need to stay healthy
Contacting Your Case Manager
Every member will receive a specific Case Management Welcome Letter upon enrollment with the Arizona Complete Health-Long Term Care program.
This letter will include information on the assigned case manager:
- The direct cell phone number for the case manager
- Information on other contacts should the member not be able to reach the case manager
This letter will be reviewed with the member during the initial contact and initial PCSP visit and during each reassessment meeting at a minimum, more often if there are changes.
A copy of the information can also be provided to family members, caregivers, and other team members for whom the member has given authorization.

Find a Provider
Your health matters! A big part of helping you and your loved ones be healthy and stay healthy is finding the right doctors and health care providers to be part of your team.
We have many healthcare providers in our network that are eager to be part of our team! We have also added many new providers as we get ready to launch our ALTCS program. You can expect regular updates to the Find a Provider directory. Keep in mind, it can take a few days before a new provider’s information gets uploaded into our Find a Provider system. If you are looking for a particular provider and do not see them in this directory, give us a call at Member Services. We can let you know if they are in the network.

Are you or someone you know experiencing a behavioral health crisis?
Call the statewide crisis line. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Crisis services are available to anyone in Arizona, even if you do not have health insurance coverage.
What Is Covered?
Any person living in Arizona can receive crisis services. These may be telephone conversations, community-based mobile services, and facility-based stabilization sites.
