Expecting a new ID card?

Hello all,

We wanted to communicate some suggestions regarding members who have not yet received their ID cards.
Please note: members will have new ID cards and new member Health Plan information mailed to them by mid-October. Plans had to mail them out by today and most have already.

Plans have worked closely with their Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to give their pharmacies information to stay on top of and resolve any issues/denials quickly.

Should a member run into an issue of being at a pharmacy without their ID card the pharmacist should be able to look the member up and see plan assignment.

Should this not occur for some reason (e.g. limitations to the pharmacy system), the member can call their plan and/or AHCCCS for plan identification and eligibility. AHCCCS can be reached at 602-417-7100.
