The DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services (CRS) Multi-Specialty Interdisciplinary Clinic (MSIC) in Phoenix will be closing on Friday, July 18, 2025.

The CRS doctors and care teams at this location will continue to see patients through Friday, June 27, 2025.

Call the statewide crisis line. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Crisis services are available to any Arizona resident, even if you do not have health insurance coverage.

What Is Covered?

Any person living in Arizona can receive crisis services.

These may be telephone conversations, community-based mobile services, and facility-based stabilization sites.
