Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan offers many convenient and secure tools to assist you. You also have access to your healthcare information.
By creating a secure portal account, you can:
- Change your Primary Care Doctor
- Request a new Member ID Card
- Update your personal information
- Send us a message
To enter our secure portal, click on the login button. A new window will open. You can login or register.
Creating an account is free and easy.
For our Marketplace Plan use the Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health Secure Member Portal.
For our Medicare Advantage Plan use the Wellcare Secure Member Portal.
Provider Portal
If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the Arizona Complete Health provider portal you can:
- Verify member eligibility
- Check & submit claims
- Submit & confirm authorizations
- View detailed patient list
