Medicaid Claim Dispute Submission via Secure Provider Portal

Beginning October 1, 2024, Medicaid claim disputes can be submitted via our secure provider portal.

While we highly encourage you to first use the corrected claim and/or reconsideration process PRIOR to submitting a formal Medicaid claim dispute, this new functionality allows for faster submission when you must avail yourself of the formal claim dispute process.

We are also updating the Secure Provider Portal Quick Start Guide to include these instructions.  A link to the Secure Provider Portal Quick Start Guide is located at the bottom of each page in the secure provider portal and is labeled “Instruction Manual (PDF)”.
