At Allwell from Arizona Complete Health, we believe a more coordinated, comprehensive approach to care improves health outcomes for your patients - our members. To better collaborate and support your care efforts for our members, we’re excited to announce our new partnership with Quartet, a technology, and services company that makes it easy to connect patients to the behavioral and mental health providers and services they need.

As a trusted provider partner, you play a central role in improving the whole health of our members. Quartet brings together referring providers, mental health providers, and health insurance plans to improve a key part of that: a person’s mental health. Quartet can match your patients with appropriate mental health resources, whether it's in-person or virtual care with a therapist or Behavioral Health Medical Provider, or digital care options such as computer-based CBT programs – all at no cost to you.

Quartet makes it simple for you to:

• Refer Patients: Create a referral for patients who need mental health support.
• Match Patients to Providers: Quartet will match patients to an in-network mental health provider based on their needs, preferences, and insurance.
• Schedule Appointments: The matched mental health provider and the patient will be connected to schedule a first appointment.
• Track Progress and Updates: Stay up to date on patients’ treatment plans and progress.
