Important Behavioral Health Provider Update

Date: 03/02/22

Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan (AzCH-CCP) wants to notify you of important updates to our behavioral health provider network.

1. Effective immediately, Arizona’s Children Association has temporarily stopped accepting intakes at multiple locations. AzCH-CCP sent out several announcements in 2021 that Arizona's Children Association temporarily stopped taking intakes and referrals at one of their sites. This notice is to inform you that the temporary stoppage is continuing and is expanding to additional sites.

Arizona’s Children Association will continue to accept intakes at their Buckeye location (111 E Monroe Ave Ste 102 Buckeye, AZ 85326; with the site moving to Goodyear in March) and their Yuma location (275 W 17th Place Yuma, AZ 85364). However, intakes at all other AZCA sites are on hold until further notice. Any intake scheduled prior to 2/21/2022 will be honored.
