Enhancements to Secure Provider Portal: Update to September Communication

In late September we shared with you the new feature available in the “Manage Practice” tab of our Secure Provider Portal that enables providers and staff to complete practice demographic updates. This feature became available in early October. The Manage Practice tab is available to all providers for all contracted networks and allows the Account Manager and authorized users to view and/or change contracted practitioner, provider group/facility demographic information.

The Account Manager can grant permission to this feature to other account users within the practice. If your practice does not have an Account Manager set up, please submit a request to have your permissions modified to: AzCHProviderEngagement@azcompletehealth.com
