Express Scripts Announcement effective January 1 2024

Effective January 1, 2024, Express Scripts® will be our new pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) and will begin processing pharmacy claims for our plan members.

Members have been notified and will receive a new ID card with updated pharmacy information. Members will begin to receive these cards at the end of October.

Providers can direct members to call the Member Services phone number listed on their ID card if there are any questions.
