AzCH-CCP March 2023 Provider Manual Now Available

14.18.2 | BHRF Provider required documentation for Admission/Assessment/Treatment/Discharge Planning | Wording added to reflect that BHRFs have policies in place around member cell phones, and leaving the facility without being accompanied by a staff member. |
