The Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan (Medicaid) Provider Manual has been updated and is available on our website. 

The table below outlines the sections revised in June 2023. We encourage you to review!

4.1	Securing Services and Prior Authorization/Retrospective Authorization	Added to the Utilization Management program goal.
12.9	Psychotropic Medication: Prescribing and Monitoring	Revised the name pattachment 3.8.5 throughout this section.
12.17.6	Behavioral Health Home Requirements Related to Member and Family Involvement	This entire subsection was revised; please review in full.
16	Deliverable Requirements	Revised CA-905 and CA-908 and CA-909; added CA-909 Member and Family Advocacy Deliverable, Provider list updated for OI-217.
