February 2025 Provider Manual Update is Now Available

The Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan (Medicaid) Provider Manual has been updated and is available on our website.

The table below outlines the sections revised for February 2025. We encourage you to review.

2.4	Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT)	Revisions throughout section to align with AHCCCS ACOM and AMPM requirements as well as ADHS and CMS requirements. Please review in full.
2.5.2	PCP Application of Fluoride Varnish	Updated link to recommended training.
13.18	Additional Integrated Health Home Requirements	Updated list of integrated health homes serving adults.
13.18.2.4	Transportation	Revisions made throughout section to align with changes to AHCCCS AMPM. Please review in full.
13.22	Requirements of Agencies Providing Employment Services	Revisions made throughout section. Please review in full.
15.10.4	Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment	Link added to conduct search of approved testing.
15.18	Behavioral Health Residential Facilities	Revisions made throughout section to align with AHCCCS AMPM requirements. Please review in full
