On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact “a substantial proportion of people in America” and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Provider Communications Platform Relaunch

Arizona Complete Health (AzCH) strives to ensure our provider network receives information that is crucial to our shared goal of improving the health of our communities, one person at a time. In an effort to improve our communication with you, we are relaunching our provider communications platform on October 1, 2020.

In order to continue receiving provider updates by email, fax, or mail, you must opt in using this online registration link.

The link will take you to a survey designed to capture contact and demographic data to ensure that provider updates are distributed to key contacts for each provider. Please note that AzCH staff also may reach out to you to assist with signing up a key contact person.

FAQs

What kind of topics do provider updates cover?

  • Updates are designed to inform or engage you on information that broadly affects many of the providers in our network. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
    • Claim system updates, announcements from regulators like AHCCCS and CMS, revisions to our provider manuals, quality improvement guides, provider network changes, informational handouts, news alerts regarding public health, and more.

Who is considered a key contact person?

  • A key contact person should have operational oversight and/or decision-making authority. This person ensures information from AzCH is distributed to others within the company to meet business, operational, or regulatory needs.

Should all of our staff sign up to receive provider updates?

  • Which staff persons, or how many, sign up is entirely up to you, but only key contact persons as defined above should indicate in the registration that they are a key contact person.

If I sign up, can I later opt out of receiving these updates?

  • Yes, there will be an unsubscribe option in the emails you receive from us. However, it is critical that we have at least one key contact on file from each provider. If you are identified as a key contact please ensure another member of your team will assume that role.
