View and Change Demographics Capability Provider Portal

Arizona Complete Health values our relationship with our provider partners and believes a key component of meeting your needs is our Secure Provider Portal. The portal enables providers and staff to conduct business with Arizona Complete Health from the convenience of their computer seamlessly and in real time.

Enhancement launching October 1, 2022:

Arizona Complete Health would like to inform you of an exciting new feature that can be found in the new “Manage Practice” tab of our Secure Provider Portal. The feature will enable providers and staff to complete practice demographic updates.

The Manage Practice tab will be available to all Arizona Complete Health providers for all contracted networks and will allow users to view and/or change contracted practitioner, provider group/facility demographic information.

We believe this update to our secure provider portal will create a more user-friendly experience and enhance your ability to work with us. Please take a moment to explore the new feature starting on October 1, 2022. We hope to make additional capabilities available later in the year and will share details with you as soon as they are available.
