Payspan holds monthly webinar trainings to help providers register for EFT and/or ERA and maintain EFT registration, which requires continual monitoring.

Purpose:

To help providers register for EFT and/or ERA and navigate the Payspan system:

1. How to register (new user)

2. How to add additional registration codes to an existing account

3. How to navigate the Provider Portal

4. How to search and view payment details

5. How to change bank account information for automated clearing house (ACH) reimbursement

6. How to change or add user access
