Excellence in Workforce Development Award

Arizona Complete Health (AzCH) is excited to introduce our inaugural Excellence in Workforce Development Award. This is an opportunity to recognize providers who show creativity, innovation, and exceptional vision in their workforce development efforts, while ensuring that members receive high quality services from a workforce that is qualified, competent and sufficiently staffed.

The AzCH Training and Workforce Development Team will be accepting nominations recognizing your agency or others for excellent achievements, programs or initiatives that focus on strengthening the provider workforce in Arizona. Areas that our team will be considering include but are not limited to:

Innovative recruitment and retention efforts
Unique methods to engage or invest in staff
Creative strategies for succession planning
Impactful collaborations and partnerships

The winner(s) will be announced during our December 2024 Community Collaborative Consensus (C3) Action Event, will be awarded the first annual AzCH Excellence in Workforce Development Certificate and will be recognized on our AzCH Training and Workforce Development webpage.
