How Health Plans and System Partners across Northern Arizona are working together.
As crisis hotlines evolve and national attention on mental health continues to grow, health plans and system partners across Northern Arizona are working to stay at the forefront of innovation to better serve our rural communities. This session will provide an overview of the current state of crisis services in Northern Arizona, highlighting key utilization trends from the past two years driving our evolution of care. We will also explore upcoming pilots, emerging innovations, and collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing care for individuals experiencing crisis across our unique and diverse region.
