Arnette Miller, M.A.
DBT Clinician, Devereux Arizona
Arnette brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health and social services. She began her career in New Jersey after earning a bachelor’s degree in special education from William Paterson University, working nearly 10 years as a behavioralist in adult group homes. After relocating to Arizona, she pursued her passion for wellness as a personal trainer before earning dual master’s degrees in psychology and criminology & justice studies. Arnette has held key roles at CODAC Health and CPES, where she supervised the Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) project. Her diverse background in education, wellness, and crisis intervention informs her compassionate, client-centered approach to DBT.
Bonnie Barnes, MSC, LPC
Outpatient Director, Devereux Arizona
Bonnie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and child welfare. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s in counseling. Bonnie is extensively trained in DBT and currently leads two statewide DBT programs in Arizona. Her work focuses on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, ensuring youth and families receive effective, individualized support. Bonnie’s leadership continues to shape behavioral health services across the state, improving outcomes for vulnerable populations.
