AHCCCS Looking for Provider Feedback on its Managed Care Plans

The Arizona State Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is conducting a survey to determine its contracted Managed Care Organizations’ (MCOs’) performance and responsiveness to providers.

AHCCCS is asking that providers contracted with each Medicaid MCOs complete the survey to determine your level of satisfaction with MCO Claims, Customer Service, Credentialing, Prior Authorization and Quality Measure and Access to Non-Title XIX/XXI services education.                       

The survey will be available May 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025.
