Arkos Health Termination Notice

Termination of Arkos Health Contract Effective January 1, 2026

We are writing to inform you that effective January 1, 2026, Arkos Health will no longer be contracted with the following health plans:

  • Medicare: Wellcare and Wellcare by Allwell
  • Medicaid: Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan

Please note: The Marketplace (Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health) contract was terminated effective July 1, 2025.

This termination applies to all services provided under these plans. Please ensure that you make any necessary adjustments to your operations and member communications prior to the effective date.
