Additional AHCCCS Minimum Subcontract Provisions Updates 

Effective 10/1/2024

AHCCCS updated its Minimum Subcontract Provisions (MSPs) as of 9/5/2024 with an effective date of 10/1/2024. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Prohibitions terms has been revised.

The MSPs are referenced and incorporated into all AHCCCS Provider Participation Agreements, Health Plan Provider Participation Agreements, Vendor and Delegated Subcontractor Agreements, as well as Intergovernmental Agreements.

All AHCCCS Contractor’s subcontracts reference and require compliance with the MSPs.
