Upcoming Community Consensus Collaborative Spring 2025 Action Event‐Register Now

Join us at our upcoming C3 Action Event, to kick off the 2025/2026 C3 cycle. Community members, families, educators, healthcare providers, government agencies, and community-based organizations will work together to create a multi-year plan to solve community health issues. We will focus on issues that impact Whole Person Care – such as transportation, housing, and economic opportunity. We will also discuss ways to build communities and increase safety nets through our C3 NET (Neutralizing risks, Empowering, and Thriving communities) approach. All are welcome! More voices and more diverse perspectives will equal better results and long-term connections.
