Hazen Fire Alert

Arizona Complete Health (AzCH) is alerting providers of the Hazen Fire located in Buckeye, AZ. The fire is currently over 990 acres and burning with 0% containment. No evacuations have been initiated, but AzCH is actively monitoring the fire and will advise if there are any significant changes. AzCH is currently working on communications with impacted members, and we request that providers in the impacted area prepare your emergency protocols. If the fire progresses toward your site location, please follow your internal business continuity guidelines. If you need assistance with implementation of business continuity efforts, please reach out to your Provider Engagement Account Manager.

As a reminder, Medicaid providers are required to have a Business Continuity Plan in place per your Participating Provider Agreement, our AzCH-CCP (Medicaid) Provider Manual, and AHCCCS ACOM Policy 104.
