AHCCCS Updates to Same Day Disallows Table

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) has published an updated Same Day Disallows Table, as of 2/11/2026. Significant changes were made for Behavioral Health service codes and providers are encouraged to review the updated table thoroughly.
