The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)has engaged the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) and the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) to support a review of how states are implementing pediatric Medicaid requirements, including well-childcare in Arizona. As part of this review, the team is seeking input from providers serving EPSDT-eligible children through Arizona Complete Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare.

If you are a clinician or office administrator involved in Medicaid services, referrals, transportation, or prior authorization, CMS would value your perspective. Your feedback will help inform recommendations and identify opportunities for technical assistance.
