Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan is pleased to continue working with you in serving the AHCCCS population under the new AHCCCS Complete Care program. As you may know, we brought together our two AHCCCS programs – Health Net Access and Cenpatico Integrated Care – and bid under our new name, Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan (AzCH-Complete Care Plan).

AzCH-Complete Care Plan will be hosting numerous Provider Forums throughout all our service areas focusing on various topics. Attendance is strongly recommended as there will be an opportunity to ask questions during and after each Forum. Our Teams will provide an overview and offer an opportunity to ask questions.
