Help Shape the Future of CommunityCares Join Contexture’s Engagement Sessions
As part of Contexture’s upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) process to re-procure the technology vendor for the CommunityCares platform, they are inviting all CommunityCares partners and stakeholders to share feedback that will inform the next generation of Arizona’s statewide closed-loop referral system.
All levels of participation are encouraged, from front-end users of CommunityCares, through executive leadership at participating organizations. This will be an opportunity for providers to give direct feedback on the system.
To ensure broad geographic representation and meaningful dialogue, Contexture will host:
