Health Net of Arizona has noticed a significant increase in provider claims denying for invalid billing of therapy services. Allwell from Health Net and Ambetter from Health Net providers receiving the following claim denial: EXvO are encouraged to thoroughly review this communication as a means to prevent further denials.
